There’s more than one way to use the garden…

The garden can be the perfect place for taking a break from the thoughts that constantly run through our busy minds, and yoga will at the same time help to bring strength and flexibility to our muscles.

Yoga trainer, Rachael Jervis, will be showing us how to energise the body and slow down the mind.

At this year’s Show, these short sessions will be taking place at 1pm and 3pm each day and will be suitable for all ages and abilities, delivered in a way that is fun and accessible, with options to suit each person.

And after your yoga session, you’ll be all set to join the children in AWARE’s mindfulness sessions, ‘Pause b’, which take place in the Little Green Fingers marquee at 2pm each day, before making your way to Chelsea Gold Medallist, Ian Price’s, ‘Meditation Garden’ to be inspired to create your own meditation garden at home!
